Lilja oversees brokerage operations for The Nova Firm Realtor. In addition to ensuring every transaction remains fully compliant, she provides hands-on support for the firm's growth strategy and agent development. A longtime real estate professional since 2019, she previously led operations for residential sales and property management teams. Prior to that, she managed closings and escrow coordination across a broad range of residential and commercial transactions.
She began her real estate career as a transaction coordinator, where she handled complex closings, including commercial and multi-family deals. A gardener, runner, and music lover, she holds a Broker's License and a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.
